All cabins
are air conditioned. The décor is simple, with an emphasis on cleanliness. Many
of the cabins have unsurpassed views of Lake Whitney. We have on-site amenities
like the swimming pool, horseshoe pit, basketball court, and volleyball court.
Activities include boat and canoe rentals. Raised barbecue grills &
picnic tables are found at each cabin. Linens are included, but not dishes or
utensils. Beach towels for the pool and lake are not provided (and cabin towels
are not allowed outside.) Our cabins are considered "housekeeping" cabins, which
means that we do not provide daily maid service and you leave the room in the
same condition it was in when you arrived except for linens. Please see our

2-night minimum stay on all weekend reservations March 1 to Sept 14,
except
holidays
and certain motocross race weekends which have 3 to 6 night minimums.
The Family Cottage, the Bunkhouse Combo, King One Bedroom Cottage, and Double
cabins have 3 night minimums
from June 1 to July 31.

corner Jacuzzi bathtub. Outstanding view of the lake, upgraded decor, plush
towels, luxurious 250 thread count high luster sheets, bath robes, and bath crystals provided. One bathroom with shower. One queen
bed, mini fridge, microwave, 4 cup coffee maker. Wine glasses, breakfast plates
and utensils provided. 32" flat panel TV. Includes fresh cinnamon rolls, juice and coffee for
breakfast. No charge movie rentals and free canoe rentals. (for use by B&B cabin occupants only; subject to
availability). Ask us about having flowers placed in your cabin
or adding a breakfast pie.

split-level deck. PLEASE NOTE: We strongly discourage these cabins for children
under age 5 as the bunks are built-in, with no rail and are higher off the floor

families with small children. The bunks are small, low to the ground, and the
top bunk has rails. The television is on a stand low enough for young children

Reservation Policies:
Due to increasing credit/debit card fraud we observe
the following reservation policies. All cards used for reservations will be
authorized at the time of the reservation for the total amount of your stay,
plus 10% even if you do not intend to use that card for payment. An
authorization will place a hold on your ability to use those funds, so the use
of debit or check cards that are attached to your checking account is not
recommended, even if you have credit privileges on the same card. We do not have
the ability to specify credit or debit on authorizations, so funds in your
checking account are automatically held. We do not accept gift cards, Green Dot
cards, or re-loadable cards of any kind for reservations but you may use them to
pay for charges.

questions about these policies.
Cancellation
policies:
Full charges for all nights reserved will be incurred on
cancellations made within
2 weeks before arrival.
Multiple cabin cancellations will incur an
additional $25 per cabin fee on all cancellations, regardless of length of
notice.
Groups, reunions, and retreats..................60 days cancellation notice
required on all cabins
A one night non-refundable deposit is required at the time of all reservations
for Memorial weekend, Fourth of July week, and Labor Day weekends and motocross race weeks.
We also don't allow outside visitors on these weekends.

Attention: The resort is for the use of
guests renting cabins or RV sites only.
We do not allow day visitors during Spring Break, Easter, Memorial weekend,
Labor Day weekend, or the months of May, June, July, or August.
