Our Deluxe Bed and Breakfast Cabins feature outstanding views of Lake Whitney with all the amenities of our full service lakeside resort. We have on-site amenities like the swimming pool, horseshoe pit, basketball court, and volleyball court. Activities include boat and canoe rentals. Raised barbecue grills & picnic tables are found at each cabin. Linens are included, but not dishes or utensils. Beach towels for the pool and lake are not provided (and cabin towels are not allowed outside.) Our cabins are considered "housekeeping" cabins, which means that we do not provide daily maid service and you leave the room in the same condition it was in when you arrived except for linens. Three of the B&B cabins offer kitchenettes; one has a Jacuzzi bath tub. All have queen beds, TV's, VCR's, & DVD players. Movies from the office are free of charge for B&B guests. Breakfast consists of fresh baked cinnamon rolls, coffee, & juice.
We don't allow any children in or around our
B&B cabins. All B&B cabins are limited to 2 adults each.

Reservation Policies:
Due to increasing credit/debit card fraud we observe
the following reservation policies. All cards used for reservations will be
authorized at the time of the reservation for the total amount of your stay,
plus 10% even if you do not intend to use that card for payment. An
authorization will place a hold on your ability to use those funds, so the use
of debit or check cards that are attached to your checking account is not
recommended, even if you have credit privileges on the same card. We do not have
the ability to specify credit or debit on authorizations, so funds in your
checking account are automatically held. We do not accept gift cards, Green Dot
cards, or re-loadable cards of any kind for reservations but you may use them to
pay for charges.

questions about these policies.
Cancellation policies:
Full charges for all nights reserved will
be incurred on cancellations made within 2
weeks before arrival.
Multiple cabin cancellations will incur an additional $25 per cabin
fee on all cancellations, regardless of length of notice.
A one night non-refundable deposit is
required at the time of all reservations for Memorial weekend, Fourth of July
week, and Labor Day weekends and motocross race weeks. We also don't allow
outside visitors on these weekends.
Attention: The resort is for the use of
guests renting cabins or RV sites only.
We do not allow day visitors during Spring Break, Easter, Memorial weekend,
Labor Day weekend, or the months of May, June, July, or August.
