Reservation Policies:
Due to increasing debit card fraud we have changed our
reservation policies. If you have a credit card that does not have the words
"check" or "debit" you can use it to guarantee your reservation, then pay anyway
you'd like when you are here at the resort, including check, cash, debit card,
or credit card. We offer a 3% discount for cash payment of room charges.
If you prefer to use a debit or check card you can
reserve rooms by paying for all reserved nights, plus a $200 damage deposit per
cabin at the time of the reservation. The $200 will be
refunded to you within 3 business days of your departure if no repairs or extra
cleaning are necessary. You can request your reservation online by
clicking here.
Provide the required information, then check "Pay with Debit Card" under the
additional offerings near the bottom of the form. You will be sent an email
invoice requesting payment through Google Checkout services. Once payment is
confirmed you will receive your confirmation of the reservation.

Cancellation policies:
Full charges for all nights reserved will
be incurred on cancellations made within 2
weeks before arrival.
Multiple cabin cancellations will incur an additional $25 per cabin
fee on all cancellations, regardless of length of notice.
Groups, reunions, and
retreats..................60 days cancellation notice required on all cabins
A one night non-refundable deposit is required at the time of all
reservations for Memorial weekend, Fourth of July week, and Labor Day weekends
and motocross race weeks. We also don't allow outside visitors on these
weekends.
2-night minimum
stay on all advance weekend reservations March 1 to Sept 14, except
holidays and certain motocross race weekends which have 3 to 6 night minimums.
The Bunkhouse Combo, King One Bedroom Cottage, and the Double cabins have 3
night minimums from June 1 to July 31, plus Memorial weekend, July 4th week,
Labor Day weekend, and Thanksgiving weekend. The Family Cottage has a 4 night
minimum stay throughout June and July.
Attention: The resort is for the use of
guests renting cabins or RV sites only.
We do not allow day visitors during the months of June, July, or August .
