All cabins are air conditioned. The décor is simple, with an emphasis on cleanliness. Many of the cabins have unsurpassed views of Lake Whitney. We have on-site amenities like the swimming pool, horseshoe pit, basketball court, and volleyball court. Activities include boat rentals and horseback riding. Raised barbecue grills & picnic tables are found at each cabin. Linens are included, but not dishes or utensils. Beach towels for the pool and lake are not provided (and cabin towels are not allowed outside.) Our cabins are considered "housekeeping" cabins, which means that we do not provide daily maid service and you leave the room in the same condition it was in when you arrived except for linens. 2-night minimum stay on all advance weekend reservations March 1 to 31 and May 1 to Sept 14, except holidays and certain motocross race weekends which have 3 to 6 night minimums. The Bunkhouse Combo, the Family Cottage, and the Double cabins have 3 night minimums from June 1 to July 31, plus Memorial weekend, July 4th week, Labor Day weekend, and Thanksgiving weekend.

Reservation Policies:
Due to increasing debit card fraud we have changed our reservation policies. We require a valid credit card that can be authorized for the amount of your full stay at the time of the reservation. Any reservation that totals more than $200 will require the first night's deposit to be paid in full at the time of the reservation. Debit cards may ONLY be used for first night's deposits or payment at the resort. If you have stayed with us before and are a customer in good standing we may choose to waive these restrictions.
Cancellation policies:
Full charges for all nights reserved will be incurred on cancellations made within the following time frames:
Single cabins, Treehouses, Bird's Nests, RV sites, horse boarding, boat rentals ..........1 week before arrival
Double cabins, Family Cottage, Bunkhouse..............2 weeks before arrival
Multiple cabin cancellations  will incur an additional $25 per cabin fee on all cancellations, regardless of length of notice.

Groups, reunions, all-inclusive packages...................60 days

A one night non-refundable deposit is required at the time of all reservations for Memorial, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekends and motocross race weeks. We also don't allow outside visitors on these weekends.
