All
cabins are non-smoking and no pets, please.
We will charge your credit card $200 immediately if we smell smoke or see a pet.
Reservations are
recommended. Large cabins book up approximately
4-6 weeks in advance during peak seasons. Smaller ones approximately 2 weeks in
advance. A valid credit card is required for reservations. We do not accept
debit cards for reservations.
No minimum stay Sept. 15- Feb
28 or April 1 through 30, except holiday weekends.
2-night minimum stay on advance weekend reservations March 1 to 31 and May 1 to
Sept 14, except holidays and certain motocross race weekends which have 3 to 5
night minimums. The Bunkhouse Combo, the Family Cottage and the Double cabins have 3 night minimums
from June 1 to July 31, plus Memorial weekend, July 4th week, Labor Day weekend,
Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas week, and New Year's week.
Groups of more than 20 people have a 3 night weekend minimum June 1 to Sept. 1
Cleaning policies: Our cabins are considered housekeeping cabins. We do not provide daily maid service. Please read our cleaning checklist.
Check in
is between 3 pm and 10 pm; call for late arrival info.
Check out is noon.
Early Bird Special
If your cabin is available, you can arrive between 12 noon and
3pm for just $25 extra. Arrivals before noon are half of the room rate.
(Early check-in is subject to last minute availability and cannot be guaranteed at
time of booking. Please call ahead.)
Stay a little longer
Check out between noon and 3 pm is $25, 3 pm through 7 pm is half
the room rate.
Both offers subject to
availability and cannot be guaranteed at time of booking.
Maximum cabin occupancies are designed for your comfort and are strictly enforced!
Facilities
are for the use of guests sleeping in cabins or RV sites only.
All visitors will be charged a
$10.00 per person per day. Visitors are limited to 2 per unit, must leave the
resort before 10 p.m. and are not allowed to use the swimming pool. We do not
allow any outside visitors on holiday weekends. We will be happy to provide
directions to a public picnic area for group gatherings.
Cancellation
policies:
Full charges for all nights reserved will be incurred on
cancellations made within the following time frames:
Single cabins, Treehouses, Bird's Nest, RV sites, horse
boarding, boat rentals ..........1 week before arrival
Double cabins, Family
Cottage, Bunkhouse..............2 weeks before arrival
Multiple cabin cancellations on groups smaller than 20 will incur an
additional $25 per cabin fee on all cancellations, regardless of length of
notice.
Groups, reunions, all-inclusive packages...................45 days (First
night's charges incurred on ALL cancellations.)
A one night non-refundable deposit is required at the time of all reservations
for Memorial, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekends and motocross race weeks.
